Acceptance and analysis of feedback from customers for further improvement of products and services. Requirements: command of the English language (not lower than B2); experience in the field technical support will be an advantage; skills in working with a computer and office programs; fluency in the Ukrainian language; competent language; organization; attentiveness; responsibility; punctuality.
