Technical support specialist with knowledge of German Estiwork Consult OÜ is an international company that works in the field of e-commerce (content, design and promotion of its own brands and customer brands). Hommler OÜ is part of a group of companies that operate in the following areas: selling and promoting goods on e-commerce platforms (Amazon / Ebay and other large trading platforms), providing fulfillment services (storing and sending goods, processing orders), developing our own software for organizing work with e-commerce platforms. Our brands are leading in the categories: tools, plumbing, pet supplies, furniture and home accessories. The main office is located in Germany (Bremen). Our warehouses are located in Germany, Poland, Austria, Spain, Great Britain, USA and Canada. Who we are looking for: We are looking for a result-oriented person who wants to help people and always strives to learn something new, applying it in his work . What to do: Technical customer support regarding our Ysell software (answer customer questions on Skype, telegram, internal company chats) Assisting customers in placing and processing orders (supporting customers when connecting to our Ysell software, when performing work with the software). Working with a CRM system (maintaining information about clients and their requests). What you will need for this: Good knowledge of the German language (our clients speak German and you will also have to communicate with clients in this language, level B2-C1). Additional knowledge of English language will be an advantage. Be mobile and always in touch (telegram/Skype). Diligence, attentiveness, responsibility, ability to work with large amounts of information and multitasking. Easy to learn (you will have to master many applications for work), desire to learn new things, efficiency. You need a desire to learn and develop in this direction, we will teach you everything.
