We are constantly developing, we are focused on mutual support and sharing knowledge! What makes you stand out is: Fluent knowledge of German (min. C1) - necessary to serve customers. Communicative knowledge of English (min. B1) - necessary during training and for communication in the team. Good knowledge of issues in the technical area of IT. Ability to listen and read with understanding, create clear statements with respect for the other person. Willingness to work in shifts (shifts between 7:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m.). Experience in the IT Service Desk / customer service area is preferred. We know from experience that candidates who have competences also tend to underestimate their skills.
