We are developing and hiring new employees for the position of Technical Support Specialist with knowledge of the English language. You can work remotely. However, we have offices equipped with generators and the Internet in Kyiv, Odesa and Vinnytsia. As part of the US team, you will be working in the New York time zone (EST).

Tasks:

• Solve technical problems and customer requests
• Contact customers by phone
• Process incoming messages from various internal sources (automated task creation systems, e-mails, messengers)
• Analyze incoming problems and determine the correct way to solve them
• Send tasks, that are received, to relevant specialists within their team and to other teams
• Accompany the execution of tasks
• If necessary, collect additional information for the execution of the task
• Keep a history of conducting tasks

• Keep records in the calendar and timekeeping system

Our requirements for the candidate:

• Verbal and written skills English language B2+
• General understanding of computer architecture and network technologies
• Basic knowledge of Windows server environment
• Understanding of service provision technology through Cloud services
• li> Ability to identify sources of problems and errors in documentation
• Fluency and orientation simultaneously in different systems and interfaces
• Pay attention to details
• Have strong organizational skills < /li>
• Be able to work in multitasking conditions
