Working with the products of Iskratel, the European leader in the production of telecom equipment, which continuously updates its products and solutions, raising communication standards to a level that Ukraine can only dream of. We expect from the candidate: Experience working with telecommunication equipment will be an advantage; Good understanding principles of PBX operation; Education in telecommunications; It is desirable to speak English, for training and communication with a European manufacturer. Duties: Maintaining telecommunications equipment in working condition at the customer's location (remotely, via the Internet); Analysis of equipment errors, elimination or transfer of requests to from the manufacturer; Obtaining from the manufacturer and installing new versions of software products at the customer's location (remote); Keeping documentation on the sale of service services; Consulting clients; Working with English-language documentation; We offer: Work in a team of 2-3 specialists, under the leadership of the head of the department and technical director.
