Technical support (QA) specialist in Health 24

Health24 is a medical information system for public and private health care institutions. Our system helps to speed up the search for a doctor, clinic or service and to automate and facilitate the work of doctors. Requirements: Competent, fluent command of the Ukrainian language and diction; Communication, friendliness and the ability to establish contact with people; Patience, the ability to do routine work and perseverance. Emotional stability and the ability to quickly navigate difficult and unexpected situations; Excellent knowledge of PC and office software; Experience using browsers, websites, Windows/Android/iOS OS. Will be a plus: Skills (courses ) QA. Main responsibilities: Receiving and registering requests from users; Providing (written and verbal) consultations to users on issues related to the operation of the supporting functionality (services); Solving typical problems that users have when using the functionality (services) within their competence ;Maintain reporting on user appeals with a detailed description of actions taken and decisions made;Fixing, according to the adopted algorithm, problems/wishes of users regarding the operation of the functionality (services) and their transfer to the appropriate department;Registration of found solutions to problems and/or workarounds to a single database of errors and problems (maintenance of the knowledge base).
