Starting a search for a Technical Support Specialist (Technical support engineer).

Important for us:

  • desire to learn ; 

  • skills for working with Google Workspace and basic work with 1C;

  • understanding of the TCP/IP stack;

  • skills working with Active Directory;

  • understanding of the principles of operation of office equipment (printers, BFP, candles, projectors );

  • inability to promptly identify and eliminate the problem;

  • high level of written and oral communication;

  • ability to work effectively in a team.

Areas of your responsibility:

  • Installing and configuring custom software on workstations. Ensuring its correct and trouble-free operation.

  • Provision of technical and informational support for users on issues of working with software and office equipment.

  • Create accounts, email addresses, edit access groups and distribution groups.

  • Instruction of employees on general IT issues, security issues, information management and storage issues.

  • Support and monitoring of the performance of printers and peripheral equipment. 

  • Installation, configuration and support of financial software (MEDOC, client bank, etc.).

  • Installation and maintenance of antivirus software.

  • Setting up and supporting MacOS-based workstations.

  • Organization of new workplaces for new employees. 

  • Timely and high-quality performance of support service tasks within the established deadlines. This document is confidential and may not be transferred to third parties.
