Technical support specialist, system administrator in BIT Servis

"BIT Service" company is looking for employees to work in technical support. We are looking for specialists who like to help people and are ready to use not only skills in the field of IT (Hard Skills) in their work, but also to improve their communication skills, the ability to listen, and interact effectively in the team (Soft Skills). We want applicants to have: Experience working in technical support or as a system administrator or assistant system administrator for at least 1 year; Technical education: higher or secondary special education; Politeness, punctuality, stress resistance; Neat appearance Desire to help users. Practical skills necessary for work: Experience in installing and configuring Windows 7, 10, 11; Preferred experience in working with server versions of Windows Server; networks; Ability to work with network equipment (switches, routers, WiFi equipment); Backup skills, mastery of PC recovery methods after failures; Experience in setting up and connecting office equipment, network printers, scanners; Desirable experience in setting up accounting POU Terms of work: Work in an office and travel (within the city of Kyiv, during martial law, many tasks are solved remotely); Full-time work from Monday to Friday; Stable and timely salary; Corporate mobile communication; Travel compensation.
