Vacancy: User technical support specialist (system administrator) The VIG Services Ukraine company invites a user technical support specialist to join its team. Our company is part of the Vienna Insurance Group (VIG) and provides IT services to the Insurance Companies of the VIG Group: in Ukraine it is insurance companies "USG" (https://www.usg.ua/), "Knyazha" (https://kniazha.ua/) and "Knyazha-Life" (https://www.kniazha-life.com. ua/).Work duties: Setting up the Users' computer equipment: installing operating systems and the necessary software package; Servicing printers, BFPs; Providing advice to Users on working with IT equipment and office software packages; Technical support for the Company's Users on issues operation of Information systems and equipment; Analysis of software/hardware problems on Users' workstations in order to find solutions and prevent them; Control of Users' compliance with the requirements of the Information Security policy; Cooperation with suppliers of equipment, telecommunications services, software developers; Registration of movements of IT equipment from/to Users RequirementsKnowledge of the Microsoft Windows family OS (10, 11): OS installation, OS configuration; Experience in installing and configuring standard office software; Skills for PC configuration in remote access mode (Team Viewer); We offer: Competitive salary; Official employment ;Stable and timely payment of wages;Interesting projects;Opportunity for professional growth;Work in a friendly team;Participation in projects of the international financial group Vienna Insurance Group.
