Technical support specialist, system administrator in BLUZKA

The company "Bluzka" is one of the largest trading companies in the city and is looking for a specialist of the 2nd line of technical support/System administrator. Main duties: Operative technical support of office and sales employees; going to the place in the city of Kharkiv, diagnosing problems; possible business trips to other cities (paid additionally); Minor repair of equipment (computer, video, retail); Preparation of new workplaces for employees; Installation and configuration of software, office and network equipment; Setup and administration of office networks; Access control users to systems;Participation in inventory Basic requirements:Experience in a similar position for at least 2 years;Has extensive experience in troubleshooting and solving support service problems;Experience in working with network equipment, its acquisition, configuration and maintenance;Experience in working with electrical and low-current systems ;Experience in minor repairs;Skills in installation, configuration and administration of Windows, MacOS, MS Office, etc.;Company offers: Full time 9.00-18.00, Monday-Friday; Office in the Barabashovo metro area; Timely payment of salary 2 times a month; Work in a team of professionals.
