The international company, one of the leaders in the maintenance of IT equipment and software, announces a competition for the vacancy "Technical support service specialist" (system administrator).

Responsibilities:

• reception of requests from clients/users, determination of the causes of problems with clients, taking measures to solve them, forwarding requests to the next level of support if necessary;
• entering information into the web application about a problem or request in English;
• tracking the fulfillment of requests from the acceptance of the application to solving the problem within the agreed terms;
• informing the client about problem solving.

Requirements:

• education - higher, incomplete higher;
• work experience in user support is not required but preferred;
• basic knowledge of technical support tasks (SLA, priorities, support levels);
• basic knowledge of installation and support of MS operating systems Windows, knowledge of MS Office applications at the level of an experienced user;
• basic skills of working with a computer network;
• solving simple technical issues;
• knowledge of the English language at average level and above;
• communication, attentiveness, responsibility.

Working conditions:

• schedule work: Mon-Fri, 9:00-18:00;
• official registration from the first day of work;
• employees are trained in the company;
• salary in trial period 20,000 UAH, after the trial period 25,000 UAH;
• trial period 3 months;
• place of work - Boryspil, there is transportation from Kyiv (Obolon, Chernihiv, Kharkiv, Boryspil).< /li>
