TECHNICAL SUPPORT SPECIALIST (Service Desk)
What is included in the tasks of our Service Desk specialists:
- Reception and processing of customer inquiries in CRM
- Process requests for repair and replacement of equipment installed in our customers' cars (satellite safety and traffic monitoring systems)
- Primary diagnosis of technical problems in dialog mode with the customer and remote access to the equipment.
- Remote configuration of equipment.
Professional requirements:
- Experience in customer technical support - from 1 year
- Ability to work with CRM systems
- Higher education (economic/technical)
- Logical thinking and intelligence
- Must understand the basic principles of the operation of a car and its electronics.
- Understanding the principles of operation of GPS monitoring systems will be a plus.
- The ability to quickly understand new software.
- Competently delivered speech, the ability to convey information correctly.
