We are hiring a 24-hour support service employee who is ready to jointly develop the best Uanetu project in the field of domain registration and hosting. Responsibilities: Providing technical support to customers by mail (email) and phone. Helping customers solve technical problems related to domain name registration and hosting setup. Requirements :Knowledge (reading, basic understanding) of the English language. Fluency in English will be an advantage. Higher education in a technical field (preferred). Knowledge of the DNS system and basic commands for diagnostics (whois, dig, host, traceroute, mtr). Knowledge or experience of working with popular CMS for websites. Work experience in the field of technical support will be an advantage. Ability to work in conditions of a high pace of work. Excellent communication skills and desire to develop. Proficiency in Ukrainian and English languages. If you have other language skills, it will only be an advantage. Conditions: Provision of all necessary devices for work. Paid internship.
