• Supporting users and regional coordinators when working with the information and analytical system "Management of services in in the field of combating socially dangerous diseases" (hereinafter - IAS "MPSPSNZ"), laboratory information management system and medical information system "EMCImed" (hereinafter - software "LIMS").
• Providing advisory assistance to users on the construction of reporting forms and their validation.
• Conducting webinars within the framework of the Project implementation.
• Conducting training on the updated functionality of the IAS "MPSPSNZ" and the software "LIMS".
• Creating new and editing of existing users and institutions in the IAS "MPPSSNZ" and PZ "LIMS".
• Conducting an audit of the work of users in the IAS "MPSPSNZ" and PZ "LIMS".
• Consultations on modernization and creation new handbooks of IAS "MPSPSNZ" and PZ "LIMS".
