Your key tasks:

• Diagnostics of IT equipment;
• Remote support and maintenance of IT equipment in stores;
• Installation and administration of OS and Software;
• Working with specific software;
• Monitoring and control of IT equipment performance;
• Processing requests regarding non-working IT equipment, as well as informing users about the fulfillment of these requests.

• Attentive to details and able to work in multitasking mode;
• Have basic knowledge of setting up and switching local networks;
• Able to plan, memorize large amounts of information, set priorities;
• Able to solve problems quickly;
• Communicable, friendly;
• Have business communication skills, competent oral and written language;
• Able to learn quickly;
• Have a technical thinking, but also able to independently find solutions to problems;
• You have experience working in technical support (will be an advantage);
• Technical education and additional skills related to IT (will be a significant advantage);
• Able to clearly structure work processes and complete tasks in a timely manner.
