We are united by common goals and interests and are looking for a Technical Support Specialist with knowledge of the Polish language who will perfectly complement our team :) What we expect: Experience: setting up any network equipment, programs and operating systems. Basic knowledge: what are the main network protocols (UDP, TCP, HTTP), why do you need a Ping to perform this.Skills: remote hardware configuration.Experience in the field: technical support (will be considered an advantage).Operating systems: Windows or Linux setup.Understanding: Internet fundamentals, IP basics -telephony. Communication skills: the ability to conduct a constructive and competent dialogue on the phone, work in messengers, email. Teamwork: the ability to effectively cooperate in a team. Customer orientation: the desire to help solve technical problems of customers. Personal qualities: initiative, independence, the ability to self-study, the ability to independently obtain the necessary information from the client to solve a technical issue, stress resistance, multitasking. Language skills: Fluency in Ukrainian and fluency in written and spoken Polish at the Upper-Intermediate level. What you will do: - connect customers to the cloud telephony system - help customers solve technical issues, advise them on setting up our services - configure customer telephony (via the web interface) - remotely install software (via TeamViewer, AnyDesk) - configure remote network equipment - to receive customer requests through calls or Telegram bots.
