Main responsibilities:
- Create and manage user accounts.
- Answering questions and solving technical problems of users; providing consultations and training users on the use of the system.
- Conducting a system audit to identify opportunities for its optimization and improvement.
- Creating and updating technical documentation of the system.
- Providing instructions users and other team members regarding the use of the system.
- Installation and configuration of support system software; ensuring compatibility with other systems of the organization.
- Setting escalations
- Setting SLA/request resolution deadlines (administering the full cycle of request execution)
Requirements for candidates:
- experience in user support (retail preferred);
- experience in ticketing systems (GLPI);
- competent Russian and Ukrainian speech;
- understanding of both hardware and software parts of a PC;
- ability and desire to work with people;

- ability to find solutions and solutions independently.
Working conditions:
