We are hiring a Patient Support Specialist
< p style="font-weight: 400; font-style: normal">
Main duties links:- Reception and registration of requests from patients;
- Providing (written and oral) consultations on issues of service operation;
- Solving typical problems that users encounter when using the functionality (services);
- Keeping reports on user requests with a detailed description of actions taken and decisions made;
- Fixing according to the accepted algorithm problems/wishes of users; regarding the operation of functionality (services) and their transfer to the appropriate department;
- < span style="font-weight: 400; font-style: normal">Registration of found solutions to problems and/or workarounds to a single database of errors and problems (keeping a knowledge base).

Expectations from the candidate:

- Experience using browsers, websites, Windows/Android/iOS OS.
Will be a plus:
- Experience in the technical support department of clients (Banks, software, MIS), etc.;
- Understanding or experience working with medical information systems.
