We are hiring a Patient Support Specialist

< p style="font-weight: 400; font-style: normal">Main duties links:

  • Reception and registration of requests from patients;
  • Providing (written and oral) consultations on issues of service operation;
  • Solving typical problems that users encounter when using the functionality (services);
  • Keeping reports on user requests with a detailed description of actions taken and decisions made;
  • Fixing according to the accepted algorithm problems/wishes of users; regarding the operation of functionality (services) and their transfer to the appropriate department;
  • < span style="font-weight: 400; font-style: normal">Registration of found solutions to problems and/or workarounds to a single database of errors and problems (keeping a knowledge base).
