Technical support specialist (Linux) in Hostpro Lab, TOV

Our mission is to provide every client with a high level of hosting and provide the best support. We are looking for a Linux technical support specialist to join our team. If you have good technical skills and are ready to learn, then you and I are on the same path! To work, you need to know: Linux/Unix systems What is "Hosting, VPS, Dedicated servers, SSl Certificates, Cloudflare"; What is "Domain & domain zones" »We appreciate it if the candidate is: Willing to learn Is able to work in a team Main tasks: Providing technical support to customers by phone, online chat, through the request system Helping customers solve existing problems, consulting on company services Working conditions: Free internship before starting work Variable schedule (5 working days , 2 floating weekends/week, 8 hours a day) Comfortable office - we have well-equipped workplaces, modern equipment and constant doping in the form of coffee and sweets.
