Technical Support Specialist (L3) Kyiv, remotely The international payment platform Tranzzo is looking for a talented and progressive Technical Support Specialist (L3) to join our team. For more than 6 years, we have been creating a fintech product that enables businesses to accept payments online, Tranzzo solutions are used by such partners as Diya, U24, Concert UA, Liki24, Foxtrot, Arsenal Insurance, MyCredit, Varus, WOG and others. Today, Tranzzo is: 👉 150+ professionals with experience in e-commerce, banking and payment; 👉 About 10 million transactions every month and support for 30+ currencies; 👉 More than 3,000 clients from Ukraine, the countries of Europe, the CIS, Asia and Latin America. Infrastructure description: — We work with a microservice architecture: we have about 30 services that communicate via REST API or Kafka/RabbitMQ. Each service is assembled in a Docker container and deployed in Kubernetes in Google Cloud. — We use PostgreSQL and MySQL as databases. — We always use CircleC: a merge of pull-requests and criminal branches automatically collects the image and deploys it to the stage-environment. —We also wash a semi-automated CD using Spinnaker. — For monitoring, we work with Google Logs Explorer, ElastisSearch + Kibana, Prometeus + Grafana. We invite those who are ready to work with the following tasks: 🔹 Consultation and guidance of users on service integration issues of various complexity; 🔹 Analysis of internal and external failures; 🔹 Consulting on issues of installing modules for CMS. Help with settings; 🔹 Testing of payments with the aim of finding software errors; 🔹Processing of incoming appeals of Urezhimi chats and mail (b2b); 🔹 System error/bug registrations in Jira. Tynas is an ideal candidate if: 🔸 You have work experience in a similar position; 🔸You know how to understand roles; 🔸Know HTML/CSS/PHP/SQL/API; 🔸You have strong communication and analytical skills; 🔸 You have skills in working with Jira/Postman/CMS modules/Ticket systems; 🔸There is an understanding of e-commerce business models.
