We are looking for an experienced and focused Technical Support Specialist (L3) to join our team.

Interkassa is a Ukrainian platform for accepting payments, founded in 2009. We develop a service that helps businesses accept payments on websites, applications and social networks.

Today Interkassa is:
an experienced team of more than 200 employees;
—70+ payment methods implemented;
—more than 4,000 active clients from Ukraine, Europe and the CIS countries.

We invite those who are ready to work with the following tasks:
🔹Consultation and support of users on issues of service integration of various complexity;
🔹Analysis of internal and external failures;
🔹Consulting on issues of installing modules for CMS. Help with settings;
🔹Testing of payments with the aim of finding software errors;
🔹Processing of incoming requests in the mode of chats and mail (b2b);
🔹Registrations in Jira of system errors/bugs.

You are our ideal candidate if:
🔸 You have work experience in a similar position;
🔸Can understand logs;
🔸Know HTML/CSS/PHP/SQL/API;
🔸You have strong communication and analytical skills;
🔸You have skills in working with Jira/Postman/CMS modules/Ticket systems;
🔸There is an understanding of e-commerce business models.

Working day in the company starts between 8 and 10 a.m. Kyiv time. So you can choose for yourself when it is more convenient to start and finish work.
