We are looking for an experienced and motivated Technical Support Specialist in our team. In this role, you will use your diagnostic skills, knowledge of SQL, and log analysis experience to resolve customer inquiries or internal tickets.

The following tasks await you:

• Effective communication with customers to quickly resolve technical issues;
• Processing external and internal inquiries related to the settings and operation of company services;
• Analysis and finding errors at the request of other teams;

We are looking for a person who has:

• 2+ years in the role of L3 technical support;
• practical experience in writing SQL queries,
• Experience in working with API architectures at the L3 support level;
• ability to solve complex problems that require a systematic approach to analysis problem;
• excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers and other product teams;
• Know English at level B1 or higher.

Will be a plus:

• Experience with conversion collection systems (Google tag manager, Postback);
• QA work experience or practical skills obtained at courses;
• Knowledge of Python to understand and write simple scripts;
