Requirements:

• 2+ years in a L3 technical support role;
• practical experience writing SQL queries;
• Experience working with API architectures at the L3 level of support;
• Ability to solve complex problems that require a systematic approach to problem analysis;
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and other product teams;
• Possess in English at level B1 or higher.

Would be an advantage:

• Experience with conversion collection systems (Google tag manager, Postback);
• QA work experience or practical skills acquired in courses;

The following tasks await you:

• Service performance analysis;
• Identification of incidents;
• Interacting with customers and other product teams.

Work from anywhere

All employees have a choice — to work in the office, remotely or mix. Some Jooble employees live abroad and work remotely or from the office in Limassol or Warsaw. And those who live in Ukraine can visit the offices in Kyiv or Lutsk.
