We are looking for an experienced and focused Technical Support Specialist (L3) to join our team.
Interkassa is a Ukrainian platform for accepting payments, founded in 2009 year We are developing a service that helps businesses accept payments on websites, applications and social networks.
Today Interkassa is:
— an experienced team of more than 200 employees;
— 70+ payment methods are implemented;
— more than 4,000 active customers from Ukraine, Europe and the CIS countries.
In the company, we communicate from the position of mentoring and cooperation, where each employee understands the common goals and takes responsibility for his part of the work. At the same time, anyone can offer new ideas for improving the product, regardless of their position. service integration issues of varying complexity;
— Analysis of internal and external failures;
— Consulting on installing modules for CMS. Help with settings;
— Testing of payments in order to find software errors;
— Processing of incoming requests in the mode of chats and mail (b2b);
— Registration of system errors/bugs in Jira.
You are our ideal candidate if:
— You have experience in a similar position;
— You know how to understand logs;
— You know HTML/CSS /PHP/SQL/API;
— You have strong communication and analytical skills;
— You have skills in working with Jira/Postman/CMS modules/Ticket systems;
— There is an understanding of e-commerce business models.

The working day at the company starts between 8 and 10 a.m. Kyiv time. So you can independently choose when it is more convenient to start and finish work.
