Technical Support Specialist L2 in MEGOGO

We exclusively broadcast UEFA Champions League matches, other European cups and top sports events. We also sell books, educational courses and develop products based on OTT technologies.

And all this is done by a team of more than 800 talented and energetic people. Which you can strengthen, because we are looking for a Technical Support Specialist L2.

Our ideal candidate has:

• Experience in support (L1/L2) from 6 months: understanding how service processes work;
• Experience with CRM systems and Jira;
• Attention to detail, aanalytical thinking and the ability to make quick decisions.

• The work schedule is expected to be flexible 12:00-00:00, 2/2. > style="font-style: normal; font-weight: 400">Working with accounts (merging, deleting profiles, replacing registration data);
• Working with promotional codes (activation, deactivation)
• Resolving requests coming from L1, work with internal admin panels and database;
• Communication with partners through work mail;
• Interaction with other departments of the company to eliminate operational problems;
