Functional tasks:

- Gathering, analyzing and documenting the client's business requirements

-Writing technical tasks for the development or modification of software functionality

-Checking the compliance of the implemented functionality with the stated requirements and quality standards

-Integration project management and coordination with internal and external teams

-Development, optimization and analysis of SQL queries to ensure efficient operation of databases

-Project documentation, including technical and user documentation

-Identification and analysis of opportunities to improve existing processes and systems

We care about:

-Technical education (higher / incomplete higher education) - will be an advantage;

-Knowledge in the field of information technologies - CRM systems, IP telephony;

-Knowledge of SQL at the level of writing queries and procedures;

-Experience in the formation of TK;

-Knowledge and practical application of Use Case, User Story;

-Excellent communication skills, proactivity, experience in multitasking and deadlines;

-Knowledge of BPMN, UML;

-Knowledge and experience in implementing data exchange methods using API;

-Knowledge of the subject area in the financial sector (banking, debt collection, including legal processes, creditmonitoring, telemarketing) will be an advantage.
