We are united by common goals, interests and are looking for a Technical Support Specialist (IP telephony) who will perfectly complement our team:) What we expect: Experience: setting up any network equipment, programs and operating systems. Basic knowledge: what are the main network protocols (UDP, TCP, HTTP), why Ping is needed and how to do it.Skills: remote hardware configuration.Experience: technical support (will be considered an advantage).Operating systems: Windows or Linux configuration.Understanding: basic operating principles Internet networks, the basics of IP telephony. Communication skills: the ability to constructively and competently conduct a dialogue on the phone, work in messengers, email. Teamwork: the ability to cooperate effectively in a team. independence, the ability to self-study, the ability to independently obtain the necessary information from the client to solve a technical issue, stress resistance, multitasking. Language skills: Fluency in Ukrainian and fluency in written and spoken Polish at the Upper-Intermediate level. Will be considered an advantage: Work experience in in the field of technical support. Experience with Linux/Unix systems. What you will do: connect customers to the cloud telephony system, help customers solve technical issues, advise them on setting up our services, configure customer telephony (via the web interface), remotely install software (via TeamViewer, AnyDesk), configure remote network equipment (via the web interface) accept customer requests via calls or Telegram bots.
