We are united by common goals and interests and are looking for a Technical Support Specialist (IP-telephony) who will perfectly complement our team:)What we expect: Experience: configuring any network equipment, programs and operating systems. Basic knowledge: what are the main network protocols (UDP, TCP, HTTP), why you need Ping, and how to perform it. Skills: remote configuration equipment. Experience in the field: technical support (will be considered an advantage). Operating systems: Windows or Linux settings. Understanding: the basic principles of the Internet, the basics of IP telephony. Communication skills: the ability to conduct a constructive and competent dialogue on the phone, work in messengers Email : Fluency in the Ukrainian language. It will be considered an advantage: Work experience in the field of technical support. Experience working with Linux/Unix systems. What you will do: connect customers to the cloud telephony system, help customers solve technical issues, advise them on setting up our services, configure customer telephony (via the web interface), remotely install software (via TeamViewer, AnyDesk), configure remote network equipment (through the web interface) accept customer requests via calls or Telegram bots.
