- experience in the field of technical support
- experience with Linux/Unix systems.
- connect customers to the cloud telephony system
- help customers solve technical issues, advise them on setting up our services
- configure customer telephony (via the web interface)
- remotely install software (via TeamViewer, AnyDesk)
- configure remote network equipment (via the web interface)< /li>
- accept customer requests through calls or telegram bots.
