In connection with the expansion, we invite to our team a L1 technical support specialist

What will you do:< /strong>

1. Fixing and processing applications from users by phone and service desk system
2. Diagnostics and troubleshooting software
3. Installation and MS Windows, Ubuntu (basic setup);
4. PC and office equipment maintenance

User account management

What we expect from you:

· Knowledge of desktop operating systems of the Windows family at the administrator level

·  Understanding principles of network operation: NAT, DHCP, DNS

· Understanding of mail protocols POP3, IMAP, SMTP, etc.

· Basic knowledge of Windows server, AD, DNS, Terminal Services
 · Knowledge and experience of working with 1c is desirable

· Experience of laying SCS, crimping patch cords

· Confident practical and theoretical knowledge of PC hardware, network technologies for small offices
· Ability to remotely identify and troubleshoot a PC problem

· Punctuality

·  Ability and willingness to learn

The advantage will be:

- 1 year of work experience in a similar or similar position

- attended courses or trainings on Windows, Linux and other technical directions
