Technical Support Specialist (Italian) in Lugera Ukraine

Hello, everyone.

We are looking for -  Specialist in technical support and coordination of security roles with knowledge of Italian andEnglish.

Our partner is an international company where employees collaborate with colleagues from different European countries every day, creating a multinational environment and providing an opportunity to gain valuable European professional experience.

Responsibilities:

• Daily cooperation with colleagues from Italy;

• Processing requests;
• Provide technical help and support to solve requests and problems related to the coordination of security roles in the system;
• Check for conflicts in the assignment of roles in the system. 

Basic requirements:

• Knowledge of English and Italian byB1+;
• Knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel);< /li>
• Analytical mindset.
