You will be responsible for providing technical assistance to our partners/clients and ensuring high-quality and quick solutions to their problems. Why us? What we expect from our future colleague: Work experience in monitoring/technical support of a bank from 1 year; Ability to prioritize tasks; Flexible thinking and the ability to process a large amount of information. High computer literacy; Communicability, stress resistance, ability to work in a team; Functional responsibilities: Communication with partners/clients; Analysis and effective identification and resolution of problems arising in the work of merchants; Processing of tasks related to banking errors of merchants/clients; Monitoring top services of merchants; Monitoring the work of acquiring/paying banks systems; Communication with banks by acquirers on problematic transactions; Cooperation with the development team.
