Technical Support Specialist (helpdesk) in LPP Ukraine

Currently, we have already opened over 165 stores in Ukraine.

We have ambitious plans for the future and are actively expanding our capabilities, so we are looking for:

Technical Support Specialist

The main tasks will be:

• Providing first and second level technical support
• Diagnosing technical problems of internal customers< /li>
• Configuration and support of computers, POS terminals, fiscal printers, servers, additional equipment, as well as network equipment in stores
• Support for the opening of new stores
• Diagnostics, updating and debugging software, if necessary
• Cooperation with local and international colleagues
• Processing and solving requests on the Help Desk (jira) portal
• Support of the existing IT infrastructure in office.

Our expectations from the candidate:

• 1+ years of experience in a similar position
• Knowledge of Windows operating systems at the administrative level
• Experience with SCS, network equipment, video surveillance, cash register equipment
• Experience working with jira
• English at Pre-intermediate level
