Requirements:
- experience in customer support (retail preferred);
- competent speaking in Ukrainian;
- PC skills, understanding of both hardware and software parts of a PC;
- ability and desire to work with people;
- stress resistance, proactive thinking, responsibility; Literacy.
Duties:
- support of internal customers on technical issues through internal HelpDesk channels, email mail, calls, Viber-bot;
- ensuring the operation of pharmacies/offices;
- primary diagnosis of technical problems in dialog mode with the user using a call or requests and remote access to a computer ;
- diagnosis and resolution of user problems when working with the software in use;
- diagnosis of hardware, software and network failures;
- suggestions for improvement and PC optimization .
Working conditions:
- official employment from the first working day;
- work schedule Mon-Fri, 8:30-17:00;< /li>
