Will be a plus: Experience with Mac OS; Experience working with the Service Desk system; Understanding the principles of ITSM. What to do: Technical support for users; Windows 10 and Mac OS configuration; Configuration and updating of additional client software; User consultations and conducting introductory presentations; Keeping records of computer equipment; Participation in the formation of the renewal plan and purchase of equipment; Switching of devices and network equipment; Minor repair and maintenance of equipment; Solving incidents with server and network equipment; Participation in IT infrastructure development projects.
