The leading online beauty retailer of Ukraine and the EU invites its experienced team of specialists for technical support (1 line) Responsibilities: Reception and processing of requests from corporate users in IT, registration of requests in the Helpdesk system; Monitoring of registered requests; Functionality check and testing of the used new functionality; Primary diagnosis of technical problems by managing the dialogue with the user and remote access to the computer; Creation and maintenance of the relevance of instructions for working with software; Conducting an analysis of the causes of incidents, optimization of processes and the functionality used; Drawing up a technical task for the development of a new software functionality; Diagnosing and solving user problems when working with the software in use; Support and maintenance of the used software. Requirements: Work experience in a similar position for at least 1 year; Logical thinking astute Education: technical secondary-specialist or higher; Experienced PC user, skills in working with Windows, Linux (Ubuntu); Ability to make the most complete description of the problem from the user's words; Basic telepathy skills will be a plus :)) Skills in working with remote access programs RDP, Remmina, VNC, TeamViewer; Working conditions: work schedule from Mon. on Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.official employment, all social guarantees according to the Labor Code of Ukraine; temporary full-time remote work is possible (during quarantine restrictions and restrictions related to military actions).
