Technical Support Specialist (Healthcare) Lviv, Dnipro, Zaporizhzhia, abroad, remotely Required skills: Higher education: bachelor's degree or higher (preferably in the field of health care, informatics or medicine/biology); Experienced user of PC, Windows OS, Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio); Understanding of client-server architecture; Basics of the UNIX language; Basics of SQL; Knowledge of the methodology and principles of eplus testing; Remote access tools (RDP Connection, PCAnywhere, VNC, Web Access); Understanding the basics of the TCP/IP protocol; Excellent presentation and communication skills; Responsibility, focus on results, teamwork, attentiveness, ability to learn quickly; Orientation to long-term projects (from several months to more than a year) and long-term participation in the team; Willingness to work a flexible schedule and overtime when necessary. Occasional weekend/holiday work may be required (depending on project needs and timeframe); Willingness to learn, learn and analyze a lot of new information, ability to remember and analyze the knowledge gained; Above average written and spoken English is mandatory.
