Requirements:

• Knowledge of PC and setting up operating systems of the "Windows" family
• Technical education;
• Availability of analytical abilities (to find and analyze problems);
• Ability to learn, including self-study based on existing material;
• Literacy (spelling; the ability to express one's thoughts in writing competently and clearly; the ability to interact with other people in writing; competent, understandable oral language);
• Clear diction;< /li>

Duties:

• Reception and processing of electronic requests from clients, response to phone calls.
• Graphic analysis of data, analysis of output tables, conclusions about the results of the analysis.
• Setting the operating mode of the equipment, the form of issuing sensors, reading data from the CAN bus of the car.
• Remote diagnostics, reading logs, interaction with engineers.
• Equipment firmware, configuration.
• Control of equipment stability.
• Timely management of related databases.

Training period is 5 days (no charge). The trial period is 2 months.
