More information about our product can be found here http://atas.net/ We are currently expanding our team and are looking for a Technical Support Specialist with knowledge of German and English. The work is remote, you can work from anywhere, but it is desirable that our time zones (GMT+2) coincide. Our ideal candidate: speaks German and English at the B1 level and above; has experience in support, experience in communicating with customers in tickets, chats (but if there is no experience, but there is a great desire to learn - that is also the norm); interested in the topic of trading; I write competently and communicate correctly with clients, takes responsibility for work, is open, knows how to work in a team, strives for development and self-improvement, because ATAS provides just such an opportunity. What will need to be done: respond to written tickets, chats of platform users; advise clients on issues related to the use and operation of the ATAS platform; settle conflict situations within their competence.
