User technical support specialist in VPF, DU

Company PU "Open Public Finances" is the sole developer and administrator of the single web portal of open public funds (https://www.spending.gov.ua) and the portal "Budget for Citizens" ( https://www.openbudget.gov.ua)

This is a team of cool developers of IT services and systems support for the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine.

We currently have an open vacancy for a specialist technical support (support).

Requirements:

• Knowledge of PC hardware;
• Knowledge of OC Windows at Junior level System Adminstrator;
• Experience in working with Windows infrastructure services (AD, DNS, DHCP, Terminal Services);
• Skills in diagnosing failures in the operation of operating systems, office software, access to the Internet , other;
• Responsibility and communication skills;
• Ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities:

• Configuration of PCs, laptops, tablets for distribution to end users;
• Installation of software in accordance with company standards;
• Technical support of users in working with computers computer equipment, office equipment, software in telephone mode;
• Determination and elimination of problems for users using solutions for remote connection to a PC;
• Analysis of problems that arise for the user and search for options their solution;
• Support and consultation of users on working with applications of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine;
• Using the helpdesk at work - documenting your work;
• Participating in the creation of a technical documentation for infrastructure/system software.
