Required professional experience: General work experience - from 5 years in technical support of a large manufacturing holding Experience with Microsoft technologies , Cisco Position functions: Technical support of computer and org. adjuster techniques; Ensuring the reliable functioning of IT systems; Connecting, setting up workplaces based on Windows and Apple OS; Ensuring the operability of peripheral equipment, calling a master, ensuring warranty repairs; Accounting for equipment in a specialized system; "remote hands" for specialized divisions of video equipment -communication conference, network equipment, SCSPreparation for operation and issuance of new equipment to users; Reporting for completed tasks in time tracking Professional competencies: Knowledge of PC hardware, knowledge of peripherals and office equipment; High communication skills; Diagnostics and troubleshooting of equipment, software; In-depth knowledge of operating systems of the Windows family; Accounting in the operating and accounting system; Knowledge of the principles of construction based on TCP/IP protocols; Knowledge of the principles of client-server applications in the Microsoft domain environment; Special skills: Experience of working in large companies with a fleet of 1500 PCs. with Service Manager System Center, Active Directory, IBM TivoliWorking with remote access tools Communicating with customers, processing first-line support requests, working in HelpDesk with inexperienced users for more than 2 years Experience working with virtualization; Experience working with cloud solutions; Experience working with Apple technology.
