We will be glad to meet a User technical support specialist

Important:

• Specialized education in the field of computer science;
• Work experience in the field of IT - 2 years;
• Knowledge and practical skills of administration of the Microsoft Windows family of OS;
• Knowledge of the general principles of building information systems and computer networks of large companies;
• Knowledge of the principles of installation and configuration of software, peripheral equipment, drivers;
• Work experience with software products O365, Windows Active Directory, DNS, DHCP.

We expect:

• Accept and record applications from users in the Company's registration system;
• Provide support, training and consulting company employees on issues related to computer equipment and software;
• Perform work on maintenance of the Company's local information network in the established order;
• Control the operation of general office equipment (printers, copiers);
• Perform maintenance work on computer equipment and duplicating equipment of the Company's equipment in all departments in the established order;
• Perform work on modernization of computer equipment in the established order;
• Communication with external counterparties and with internal customers.
