As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be the first line of support for our customers, helping them resolve technical issues and answering inquiries through our ticketing system.Responsibilities: Respond to customer support tickets in a timely and accurate manner. Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to our SaaS products. Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve customer issues in a remote environment. Write clear and concise replies, ensuring all customers receive a thorough and professional response. Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams. Contribute to the knowledge base by creating helpful articles and support documentation. Collaborate with the development team to report and track product bugs and suggestions. Monitor performance through support metrics, and aim for high customer satisfaction. Stay up-to-date with new product features and improvements.Qualifications: Proven experience as a Technical Support Specialist or similar role. Familiarity with help desk software and remote support tools. Excellent written English with impeccable communication skills. Strong understanding of SaaS products and the ability to learn new software quickly. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Patience and a positive, customer-centric attitude. Experience in creating support documentation is a plus. Availability to work in different time zones to support our global customer base.
