Moneyveo invites you to join our First Line Support Specialist team.

We are looking for a talented, energetic and experienced candidate who is ready to join our team.

Responsibilities :

• Reception and registration of incidents from IT support and information systems of the company;
• Consulting and basic user support;
• Escalation of applications for personnel responsible for information systems;
• Control of SLA terms and content;
• Categorization of incoming incidents;
• Description of inconsistencies in the declared functionality of information systems;
• Determining the priority and impact of incidents.

Knowledge that our future colleague should possess:

• Knowledge of PC hardware, knowledge of peripherals and office equipment.
• Knowledge of the principles of building and functioning of networks and TCP/IP stack protocols;
• Knowledge of the principles of installation and configuration of software, peripheral equipment, drivers;
• Experience of working in HelpDesk with inexperienced users for more than 2 years;
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot software, if necessary, hardware;
• Experience with Windows client OS at the level of an advanced user;
• Experience with Microsoft products (Sharepoint, Teams, MS Office);
• Experience working with e-mail clients, browsers, telephony, VPN clients;
• Experience with Windows infrastructure services (AD, DNS, DHCP, Terminal Services);
• Attention to details, initiative, ability to find a solution to a problem independently.
• Customer orientation, responsibility, communication and the ability to work in a team.
• Will be a plus: Experience with Apple technology.
