Technical support specialist (evening) in Varteq Inc.

The position involves working in the evening shift (from 16:00 to 24:00) with users from America*VARTEQ is an American software development consulting company. Our mission is to change the approach to education and optimize the existing educational system. We have been doing this for more than 7 years and one of our projects is the creation of a new unique platform that helps transform the educational process. We launched the product on the American market and are looking for a Support Manager to join our team! The role of the manager is to provide excellent user support, manage the level of satisfaction and usability of the educational platform.
