Technical support specialist (English language) in Pond Mobile

The Pond Mobile company invites you to the vacancy of a VIP subscriber support specialist. The American company of the virtual mobile operator Pond Mobile is looking for 2 candidates (in Kyiv) with a trial period of 1 month.

Main duties:

• Technical support of first-level subscribers, inquiries from subscribers, checking the settings of the subscriber's mobile equipment by phone.
• Registering inquiries from subscribers, their implementation or transfer to other departments.
• Support during the sale (help with device settings).
• Interaction with the technical support of the American provider.

Conditions:

• Location — Kyiv.
• Work in office/remote.
• Full-time employment, official contract between your FOP and office. in the USA.
• Variable work schedule 2/2, night and day shifts of 12 hours each
• The level of compensation depends on the level of education and foreign language.

Requirements for candidates:

• Higher education.
• Experience working with clients.
• PC levels of a confident user.
• Ukrainian and Russian languages - high level.
• English spoken and written - Advanced Level.
• Proficiency in other languages (Arabic, French, etc.) will be an advantage
• Experience in a telecommunications company is desirable
• Experience in technical support is also desirable
