We are united by common goals and interests, and we are looking for a Technical Support Specialist who will perfectly complement our team:) What we expect: —experience in setting up network equipment (router, network card, IP phone) —understanding of the basic principles of work in Linux/Unix systems —the level of using the command line at the same level as a user —general understanding of TCP/IP, TLS, NAT, differences between TCP and UDP —experience of working in TeamViewer, AnyDesk —understanding of what kind of IP-telephony — English language is on par with Upper-Intermediate (B2) + —ability to independently obtain the necessary information to solve the client’s technical problem — the ability to resolve conflict situations with the client — sociability, camaraderie — stress resistance — multitasking. It will be a plus: — knowledge of the Polish language What you will do: — connect customers of the cloud telephony system — help customers solve technical issues, advise them on setting up our services — configure customer telephony (via the web interface) — remotely install software (via TeamViewer, AnyDesk) — configure remote network equipment (via a web interface)—accept customer requests via calls or Telegram bots.
