Professional and personal Competencies: -Experience of working in technical support on the first line from 1-2 years; -Ability to learn quickly, intelligence, activity, attentiveness; -Fluent communication on the phone, competent oral and written language (Ukrainian and Russian); -Knowledge of the English language will be a plus; - Willingness to be a mentor for new colleagues in the future; - Ability to participate in direct training of clients; - Empathy and desire to help in any situation. Main tasks: - Timely and qualified reception (oral and written) of requests from clients; - Evaluation and analysis of primary information from clients; - Consulting and providing explanations at the request of clients regarding the use of services; - Solving cases independently or with the involvement of a team; - Searching for the optimal solution and communicating it to the client.? Working conditions: - Remote or hybrid mode of operation , there is an opportunity to work permanently in the office if desired;-Work schedule from Monday to Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.;-Partial compensation of health insurance after passing the trial period;-Paid vacation 21 working days and sick days;-Office in Kyiv, a 15-minute walk from the Svyatoshyn subway; - The office is equipped with shelter and everything necessary for autonomous work during power outages and blackouts; - Free parking for cars, motorcycles and bicycles; - Privileged discount card of the WineTime chain of stores.
