• Ensuring high-quality technical support for corporate clients regarding the operation of the "Client-Bank", "Internet banking" systems and integration APIs.
• Interaction with the bank's internal divisions (development, information security, operations department) for quick resolution of incidents.

Professional knowledge and skills:

• Experience (theoretical and practical knowledge) of working with SQL, analysis of results.
• Knowledge of Windows OS.
• Understanding of network infrastructure.
