Our client is an international digital holding that promotes well-known brands to foreign markets (more than 60 countries of the world), looking for an ambitious TechnicalSupport manager.

We are looking for a responsible and active candidate who will help the team achieve great results and build long-term relationships with partners.

You are our ideal match if you have:

• Work experience from 1 year in the position of TechnicalSupport manager.
• Knowledge of English at B1 level.
• Basic knowledge of Google Docs (Email, Telegram).

• Technical support: help in solving issues related to the use of company products (chats, no calls).
• Diagnosis and elimination problems: analysis of requests, search for solutions or transfer of complex cases to the relevant technical departments.
• Optimization of support processes: improvement of the technical support service, identification of problem areas in the processes of interaction between teams.
